Notice a downed tree limb or broken playground equipment? Report it directly to Essex County Parks: Report a Problem. Submissions are sent directly to the maintenance department. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent via email within 24 hours of submission.

Whether or not a permit is needed for a particular activity in Brookdale Park is determined by the Essex County Department of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs. The tennis season runs from April thru October. Players must check in with the Elite Tennis Academy attendant located inside the tennis building before playing on the courts.
